This course is designed for the horse person who would like to train their own horse to do Showmanship At Halter. The course will take you step by step through training your own horse to walk and trot beside you in proper position, stop promptly, back-up straight, set-up for inspection in two moves and turn around on the correct pivot foot. These maneuvers are used in the Showmanship At Halter class at Open,4-H and Breed Horse Shows. The outcome will be to have a horse ready to go show.

Anne Sherwood is an AQHA Professional Horseman and has taught Equine Training and Riding classes at Northwest College In Powell Wyoming for 25 plus years. Anne is also the owner, operator and trainer at Double Stitched Enterprises Inc. a full care training and boarding facility.
